We are a group of descendants of Dungarvan Beresford’s, looking to preserve and make available previously unpublished material and sources. beresford-dungarvan.com is a regionally focused family history website. We aim to collect the history and build the family tree.
There are significant packets of information on various family branches. We have been collecting bits of information for 20 years. We are now aiming to pull these together and start the process of joining the dots, all the way back to 1610!

Ed Beresford/Newfoundland – has direct links to Dungarvan and has worked on his family tree for many years. This is the most significant grouping outside of Ireland.
THE BERESFORD FAMILY SOCIETY
The Beresford Family Society in the UK, is THE source of information on the Beresford Family in the UK. It is a voluntary group, – going since 1982, – connecting people to their diverse family heritage. It publishes a quarterly magazine, has many great books on offer and etc. Become a member – support the cause.
